The Lost Waterfalls
For our fellow nature lovers, this is one of our favorite hikes.
Enjoy a scenic walk in the middle of a tropical mountain forest. You will come across three waterfalls, two of which you are able to swim in. Pack your towels, bathing suits, and sneakers. Expect an unforgettable (sometimes muddy) adventure.
The first 15 minutes are the steepest, but it will be completely worth it. Depending on how long you take at each waterfall, the whole trip can take between 2 or 3 hours.
Don’t forget to go swimming, for a healing cold plunge!
Finca Oasis
The most spectacular views and an incredible zipline in a private farm on the foothills of the Volcán Barú, Panama’s only volcano.
You can spend the day at what feels like an enchanted forest, walking the properties trails and enjoying the proximity to the top of the volcano. Finish your day with a delicious barbecue among the clouds. We recommend Finca Oasis transportation to take you to the property.
Hacienda Mamecillo
A wonderful outing for the whole family! This beautiful property has one hectare of primary natural forest where you can walk through its five ecological trails, learn about organic production, and immerse yourself in the forest.
Tree Trek
For our adventurous friends, we recommend visiting the hanging bridges to experience the feeling of flying through the trees. You can also spend the afternoon on the restaurant's terrace and enjoy the beautiful view.

Must visit! A wonderful option for oven fired pizzas and a gourmet twist on classic Panamanian cuisine. Offers both indoor and outdoor seating on the terrace.

Punto de Encuentro
Also known as “Olga's”, this cozy little house full of plants and butterflies only serves breakfast and is cash only. Cooked by Mrs. Olga, who welcomes you with open arms, a huge smile and lots of coffee. You can't miss the tortillas, the pancakes, and the strawberry milkshake.
